The data we keep

Account data (email, name, hashed password) and shop data (oils, blends, reviews, inventory). It is stored in the system database hosted for you.

How we use it

The data is used only to run the service — harmony analysis, inventory and pricing management, and reports inside your shop. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.

Isolation between shops

Each shop's data is isolated from the others. Only your own accounts, and platform administration for operational purposes (activation and support), can access your data.
