Your shop data belongs to you. This policy explains what we store to run the service and how we protect it.

The data we keep

Account data (email, mobile number, name, hashed password) and shop data (oils, blends, reviews, inventory). It is stored in the system database hosted for you.

How we use it

The data is used only to run Mazag — blend analysis, inventory and pricing management, and reports inside your shop. We do not sell your data or share it beyond necessary service providers.

Isolation between shops

Each shop's data is isolated from the others. Only your own accounts, and platform administration for operational purposes (activation and support), can access your data.
